Operator-managed flexible workspace with private offices and shared areas

Flexible-office operators in Hong Kong

Who runs the flexible workspace here, which brands share a parent company and where each one is located. Then compare the exact centre, because the brand tells you the operating model, not the office.

Operators with offices currently listed on MOA

This is the current MOA directory, grouped by parent company so related brands do not read as independent choices. If an operator you want is absent, tell us and we can approach it directly alongside the operators already covered.

Beyond the brand

The problem

The same brand is not the same office

A familiar name signals an operating model, not an identical experience. Building quality, reception, floor layout, meeting rooms, natural light, access and included services can all change from one address to another.

How we help

Build the shortlist around centres, not logos

Compare the operator, building, exact workspace and complete commercial proposal together. Current availability and final terms still need confirmation from the relevant provider.

What to check, by requirement

Brand is only one part of the decision. Compare the exact centre, workspace, service package and commercial proposal against the way your team will actually use the office.

  • Requirement 01

    Client-facing private workspace

For frequent visitors, assess the arrival experience as carefully as the office itself. Reception, meeting-room quality, privacy and the building address all shape the client experience.

    Check
    • Reception and meeting areas
    • Privacy and acoustic separation
    • Exact building and arrival experience
  • Requirement 02

    Multi-location access

Teams working across districts or markets should check where access is actually included. A large network is useful only when its locations, membership rules and workspace standards fit the brief.

    Check
    • Relevant Hong Kong locations
    • Membership and access rules
    • Consistency between centres
  • Requirement 03

    Community and shared workspace

Shared workspace can suit individuals and small teams, but the experience varies. Compare desk format, noise, events, meeting-room access and whether the community is relevant to your team.

    Check
    • Hot desk or dedicated desk
    • Noise and privacy
    • Events and shared amenities
  • Requirement 04

    Larger or customised requirements

Larger teams may need a customised layout, phased move or expansion option. Confirm what the operator can deliver, the implementation timeline and which changes are included in the proposal.

    Check
    • Expansion and contraction options
    • Layout and IT requirements
    • Delivery timeline and inclusions

How the comparison works

How we compare operators

The same six-stage process keeps the requirement, current availability, viewings and commercial comparison aligned.

  1. Step 01

    Define the brief

Clarify the districts, team size, move date, budget and practical requirements that determine whether a centre fits.

  2. Step 02

    Survey the market

Identify relevant centres across active operator groups rather than treating every brand as an independent choice.

  3. Step 03

    Compare like for like

Confirm current availability and organise the exact workspace, complete monthly cost, inclusions and terms consistently.

  4. Step 04

    Assess the viewings

Tour the strongest centres and assess the building, arrival, workspace, facilities and daily journey in person.

  5. Step 05

    Review the offer

Review the preferred operator's commercial proposal and raise the practical and pricing questions before agreement.

  6. Step 06

Move in and stay in touch

The operator issues the agreement and manages delivery. MOA remains available through move-in and later workspace changes.

How we're paid

Clients do not pay My Office Asia a separate service fee for the flexible-workspace search, shortlist, viewing coordination or proposal comparison. When an introduction results in a completed operator agreement, the selected operator pays My Office Asia a referral fee.

  • No client advisory fee
  • Direct contract with the operator
  • Operator referral fee after placement
  • Options assessed against the brief

Questions about
Hong Kong operators

How operator groups, centre-level availability and MOA's fee model affect a Hong Kong flexible-office search.

Operator FAQ

Are Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature the same company?

Yes. All four are IWG brands with different positioning. Regus is the broad network offer, Spaces is design-led, HQ is value-focused and Signature is premium. The exact centre still determines the building, workspace, inclusions and final proposal.

Why are some Hong Kong operators missing from this page?

The directory shows operators for which MOA currently holds enough centre information to make the page useful. If a brand you want is missing, tell us and we can approach it directly alongside the operators already covered.

Should I choose a large network or a smaller operator?

Neither is automatically better. A larger network may help with multi-location access and consistent systems; a smaller provider may offer a centre, service style or commercial proposal that fits the brief more closely. Compare the actual options side by side.

Does operator compensation affect which offices are recommended?

When an introduction results in a completed agreement, the selected operator pays MOA a referral fee. We do not treat that payment as proof that an office suits the brief: the building, exact workspace, availability, complete proposal and commercial terms are compared separately. MOA does not claim that every Hong Kong operator is represented or that every operator has identical commercial arrangements.

Is the availability shown here live?

No. These are current listings, not a live booking system. Rooms get taken, prices change and centres fill up. We confirm the exact room, current rate and availability with the operator for your dates before anything reaches your shortlist.
