    We're an independent advisory for flexible offices across Asia. You brief us on district, team size, budget and timeline; within two business hours we come back with a curated shortlist negotiated against the operator's rack rate. One advisor coordinates every viewing, every operator and every contract.

  • Do I need to pay a fee?

    No. Businesses do not pay a fee to use My Office Asia. We are usually paid by the office provider if a referral leads to a successful transaction.

  • How does My Office Asia make money?

    Operators pay us a one-off referral fee on a successful signing. The fee is built into the operator's standard pricing, so you pay the same monthly rate whether you come direct or through us — and we negotiate the rate down on your behalf.

  • Is it more expensive to use My Office Asia than going direct to an operator?

    No. In most cases, the commercial terms available through My Office Asia should be in line with normal market pricing. The advantage of working through us is not that you pay more, but that you make a better-informed decision. We help businesses compare proposals properly, understand what is and is not included, and spot commercial points that are easy to miss when speaking to multiple operators separately.

  • Are you independent?
