We help with coworking memberships, dedicated desks, private serviced offices, managed suites, meeting and event space, virtual-office services and larger flexible-workspace requirements supplied directly by workspace operators. A conventional property lease requires a separately licensed Hong Kong estate agent.

Hong Kong is MOA's current focus. We search across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon and can approach relevant operators beyond the districts currently shown on the website. The published catalogue is growing, so a district with limited online inventory may still be included in a live search.
